The fireplace is a reproduction of the fireplace used in the Hollywood classic "Sunset Boulevard"--resting on the fireplace mantle is a Salvador Dali original. Beyond the French doors below the Schonbek chandelier are original art work by Canova. A sculpture of Grecian wrestlers anchor the custom gold-leaf and marble "Corbel" style coffee table. All architectural modifications, furniture, crown moldings, woodworking, upholstery and carpets were created to designer specifications. The custom cocktail table is inset with marble, the furniture is gold leaf. A Schonbek Old World Crystal Chandelier hangs over the washed pink and celadon custom made Tibetan rug from Saxony Carpet, New York. The drapes are hand-printed silk.
